Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags, security labels, and brand packaging must remain intact.

• Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging (where applicable).

• Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Please note that some products, including personal care items, cosmetics, earrings, underwear, customized products, or other hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

As Hagat is a marketplace, return eligibility for certain products may vary depending on the brand or seller. Any product-specific conditions will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or available variant, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund (where applicable) or store credit, depending on the seller's policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

3. Our team will provide the return instructions.

4. Once the item is received and passes inspection, we'll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
